TL;DR - Hire Tiffany. She is an expert wedding planner and a joy to work with! I knew from the moment I interviewed Tiffany that she would be an essential component to our wedding planning process. We began working together shortly after our engagement, just months before moving from Hawaii to D.C. and starting my first year of medical school! Throughout this major life adjustment, Tiffany remained unflappable and proved herself to be an expert in the field time and again. Prior to meeting Tiffany, I was horrified at the thought of finding vendors, signing contracts, and coordinating logistics. Tiffany handled all of it and then some, solving problems that once kept me up at night in the blink of an eye. We had a tight budget for our wedding, but she helped us find our dream venue (below budget), a phenomenal catering and rental company (below budget), and florals that had all of our guests in awe (also within budget!). That said, our wedding felt luxurious, easy, and we were both amazed to watch Tiffany turn a beautiful venue into the wedding of our dreams. We always felt like we were her only clients, and she helped us feel like a million bucks on our big day! Because of her, I will remember the event for a lifetime! Long story short, hire Tiffany. You will not regret it!

Tiffany was an absolute lifesaver throughout our entire wedding process. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. Early on, she was a trusted source for all our questions and we lived by her sample budget spreadsheet! Leading up to the big day, she took care of every detail and made sure nothing was forgotten. On our wedding day, Tiffany managed everything seamlessly. She coordinated with our wedding party and vendors—including the venue staff, photographer, videographer, caterer, DJ, photobooth attendant, and hair/makeup team—ensuring that everyone was on the same page and that the schedule flowed perfectly. Her attention to detail was impeccable, from beautifully setting up our flowers and decor to making sure everything ran on time. We honestly can't imagine how things would have gone without her being onsite. Tiffany Balmer should probably be White House Chief of Staff. Instead, she’s the best wedding coordinator you’ll ever work with. We hired Tiffany for month-of coordination and it was the best decision we made about the whole wedding. She is not only the most organized and professional person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, but she also brought an air of warmth, genuineness, grace, and chillness to our planning process which put my partner, myself, and our families at ease. So many people in this industry are interested in serving you a cookie cutter wedding on a platter, but Tiffany wanted to know what my partner and I wanted out of our day and then fiercely protected that through the whole process. She also was extremely conscientious about our budget and before we even hired her, made recommendations that wound up saving us money. She’s just genuine like that. While we wanted our wedding to be focused on the people and relaxing and having fun, we still had a lot of moving parts and she managed those seamlessly from the second she came on board 30 days out. That said, if you wanted to have the most over the top wedding imaginable, I have no doubt Tiffany would have your back and make sure everything was executed perfectly. She even handled a sensitive, emotionally charged family friend situation with a huge amount of grace and diplomacy. Everyone else says it, but seriously do yourself a favor and hire Tiffany – she’ll help you move through all the stressful stuff, so that your day is incredible. She'll also make the whole process feel incredible while doing it.
