I decided to go here for hair color- highlights. Even after an appointment, the person assigned to do my hair, went away for 45 minutes, made me wait. After showing about 20 reference photos, he was still confused on my hair color. He was so slow and almost took 4 hours to do highlights, which seemed like they were not properly done. I felt like the place was all talk and no show. They charged me 9K for this length for regular highlights, the color consumption was also less, I opted for no bleach color and the results came out terrible too: the day it was done it seemed like it was looking fine in the salon. However once I went home and now it has been 2 weeks and I absolutely hate my hair: I had gotten a haircut elsewhere, however the highlights are sooo light and even after so many reference photos this person couldn’t get it right. I am extremely disappointed and felt a little ripped off based on my hair length and color use. On top of that so much time was wasted and the stylist was so slow.
