These two representatives went far beyond any expectations and experience I had of dealing with real estate contacts. They were timely and carried through efficiently, with their promises of moving quickly, an excellent sale plan, offering multiple choices that were right on the mark! In good faith we proceeded to staging. However a private offer interrupted the listing, but I am sure that this listing could have been exactly as the County Guys proposed. We worked with Paul Pryce on the sale of my Mom’s farm. He was great to work with. It was not an easy place to sell because of the type of property and the mortgage rates, but Paul never gave up or became lax in promoting the property.
