Mum was keen on finding healthier food options for our dog, so we ended up here. The range is definitely different – lots of raw, organic, and natural bits you wouldn’t find in a big-name store. We chatted with someone who explained a few things about gut health in pets, which was interesting. Prices are on the higher side, but I guess that comes with the territory of specialty stuff. The layout could be a little easier to navigate, but I appreciated that it didn’t feel overly commercial. You can tell they care about animals, not just sales. They even had some books and remedies I hadn’t seen before. Would go again if we need something a bit more tailored for our pets’ health.

Had a minor tech error and my order for a naked harness ended up being cancelled - Patricia was super helpful and got it fixed up for me ASAP and it arrived in mail express post pretty much the next day. Absolutely love it and Arty walks so much more comfortably and much more relaxed when encountering other doggies.

Jenny & the team have been super helpful from the minute we walked in. Giving honest & no BS advise to steer us in the right direction. Max, our cattle dog, is loving his new food & from the sessions we had with Jenny we have seen a huge improvement in his behaviour & it's only been 2 months so far. It's been heart warming to hear from family & friends the drastic change they've seen in him too. More calm & less reactive. We are forever grateful for Jenny's help. We could not recommend her more!
