After suffering a devastating fire at our 16th century grade 2 listed cottage the conservation officer insisted on a full planning application to reinstate our cottage. This proved far more complicated and demanding than expected. After several failed attempts and submissions by another company we decided to engage The Classic Architecture Company. From the very first meeting with Peter we knew were in very good hands. Peter and the team guided us through what was a very stressful time and went above and beyond our expectations. The end result was not only did they achieve Consent for the reinstatement of the cottage but also designed and obtained Listed Planning Consent for a fantastic and substantial new extension to the cottage.
