0 stars!!! Left at 2 am due to cockroaches everywhere!!! 10 plus cockroaches crawling around the room! Added to the paint bubbled and falling from the ceiling from water damage. Soap scum stained tub, holes in the carpet by the doorway to the floor/exterior. Bed wore out, hair on the sheets. No ceiling light, smoke detector missing from the ceiling outlet and sitting in the cabinet. Absolutely discussing thats why it was full of cockroaches!

Thought I was getting a great deal. Unfortunately the room was not anything like what was advertised. They showed a nice clean room. However, the bathroom was disgusting. I felt as if I was dirtier after showering. Most things just looked unattended to. The filth around the door and the scum in the tub were cleanable but it’s almost as if they just changed sheets and fresh terribly rough towels (felt like sandpaper) and didn’t care to do anything else. The site said a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board were there and available, but even when I asked the manager for a hairdryer I got “No hairdryer”. The ceiling was falling down (See pictures). I felt so unsafe staying there and due to the uncleanliness, I slept in my clothes. I’m posting this in hopes that the next person that looks at this will realize their pictures on their site are deceitful. I will never stay there again after knowing what I know and probably will never give this chain of hotels a chance ever again.

Old hotel and needs lost of updates. The room had a smell. Bathtub fixtures rusty and tub looked dirty. Two lamps in the room and one not plugged in and no place close to plug it into. The other lamp I was afraid to try because bulb was hanging by the wires. Room 118

This was the most disgusting and disappointing hotel experience of my life. The website advertised the room for $60, but I was charged $80 at check-in. That alone was dishonest and unacceptable. When I entered the room, I was immediately hit with a foul smell. The sheets were filthy, the room was covered in dust, the lock was broken, and the entire place felt unsafe. But the absolute worst part came when I lay on the bed — cockroaches literally started crawling on me. That is beyond unacceptable for any business that dares to call itself a hotel. I didn’t even last five minutes in that room before leaving. This was a complete scam, a health hazard, and an insult to anyone paying money to stay there. I will never return, and I strongly warn everyone: do not waste your money or risk your health in this disgusting place.
