The Centered Life has been the best therapy I have ever been to! I find my therapist professional and really easy to talk to. She has been a lot of help. The place has a very comfortable setting. I would definitely recommend to family or a friend!

Kaitlyn Anderson is awful. I was a young man seeing her for 2-3 years. Everything was going find and she didn’t mind taking my money. As soon as I had a bipolar episode she insisted my parents send me to a mental hospital and refused further treatment. Really,?! Loyal patient for years but soon as I had a real problem she backs out. Sorry but that’s pathetic for a therapist you need to handle the good and bad. She’s awful

I can’t say enough good things about the Centered Life. I’ve been to a handful of therapists on and off and I have no plans of switching after this. You truly feel like you’re hanging out with friends here. The space is comfortable and welcoming and the vibes are immaculate. I recommend them to everybody who is remotely interested in therapy and the people who follow through are equally impressed. 10/5 stars!
