I needed a replacement for my back Camara glass lens so I went to this place. They have told me several times that they didn’t have the piece for my phone but they’ll get back to me as soon as they got it. They never call so yesterday I pass by again and they told me same thing but this time they did call. I gave them the phone so they can handle the replacement but when I pick it up how rare my camera didn’t focus at all so then they told on my face that I was a liar. The excuse that they gave me was that it was like that on the first place. Which is a lie cause my camera was 100 % fine only the crystal was cracked. How unprofessional is to blame your clients for your bad manipulation of the product. I had to went home with my phone worsted then before with a bill already paid and she couldn’t fix it at the moment cause she was closing the place. Today first thing in the morning I pass by to drop the phone again so they can fix it. Hours later they said it was fixed they said that the problem was the lens was moved so I took some pictures but guess what the Camara focus but not completely. Then they told me that they could exchange my phone easily but is blocked by AT&T they just can’t. End of the story I ended up getting a phone with no Camara at all and no solutions on their part. If I could gave them 0 stars believe me I would.
