The Alamo

The CE Group, Inc. proved to be an invaluable partner in the conceptualization, planning, and production of one of our signature events. We partnered with The CE Group to bring our vision for the Alamo’s tricentennial, the 1724 Gala, to life. From the very beginning stages, their expertise in event logistics was clear as they collaborated with multiple stakeholders—including our Gala Committee, the City of San Antonio, law enforcement, vendors, and entertainers—to ensure every detail of the event was meticulously planned and executed. With The CE Group's help, our Gala raised over $5 million for the Remember the Alamo Foundation. The CE Group provided a creative and thoughtful brand strategy, transforming the event space with elegant decor, signage, furniture, and florals. They managed the entire run of show, contracted entertainment, managed risk to protect our historic site, and produced visually stunning graphic design collateral from the invitations to the gift boxes. They even contracted a drone entertainment agency and worked with country music legend Pat Green and a music composer to produce a remarkable 12-minute drone show about the history of the Alamo. This level of event activation ensured that our guests were fully immersed in the diverse and significant story of the Alamo, leaving a lasting impression on each of our guests.
