At first, I had a really poor experience at Canadian Brewhouse. I tried the donair pizza, which was awful, the pasta was undercooked, and the wings were dry. On top of that, the server used inappropriate language while talking to us, which was completely unprofessional. Definitely not what I expected. After a disappointing first visit, I addressed the issue and we were kindly invited back by Alyssa, and this time everything was absolutely perfect. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional, and the food was served fresh and delicious. I orderd creamy alfredo pasta. What stood out most was the hospitality they went above and beyond to make sure our group had a memorable evening. It truly turned into a great night filled with good food, good service, and good memories. I am very grateful for Alyssa's time and dedication to this matter. Thank you again for turning our experience around. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the care and effort that went into making our night so special. I would recommend everyone to address their issues right away, so that they can make things right for you.

Service was great. Staff were busy but worked hard, friendly, and quick to respond. Food was good with large portions. Only downside was the patio heaters being on, which made it really hot and uncomfortable. I’ll definitely be back, but not on a warm day.

this place is crazy!!! I'd give them and extra star for atmosphere. the look and patio are insane. to battle hot weather the enormous roof patio is covered in misters. our staff were nice and did there job well. food was pretty solid I enjoyed everything, nothing above the rest but my meals were good. the place is the win for sure. want to try your burger challenge next time!!! go check it out and my bad for not taking more pics for everyone.

probably top 10 worst food i've ever eaten 😭 clearly just reheated leftovers, could have had better quality food in the frozen section of the grocery store. service is terrible which i don't blame the waitresses for, they're clearly trying their best but wildly understaffed. seems like maybe management is being cheap and hoping customers are too drunk to notice or care?
