The place was warm even during the blizzard, free breakfast bar is a little bit lacking, but does the job. We did find some holes in our sheets but for the price we paid, the service staff were lovely, the room comfortably housed us for our 5-day stay in new york, and the premises were clean. A small but generally cozy stay. Could be improved, but any complaints I have are negligible.

The only good thing about this Inn is that the location is good, quiet & transportation not far away. The room had hair on the bed, hair in the shower, we disinfected. I didn't say anything, it was late & i just wanted to relax. We checked in at 12 am, the man at the front desk asked for a $50 deposit that will be replaced upon check out. I asked him 3 times is he sure, to which he said yes. Upon check out no $50. Do they return the deposit? If so, or if not can anyone shed some light please. Ohhhh & I didn't sleep well at all, idk what it is that was beeping all got damn night. Never again!

I booked this hotel as it was the only cheapest one available and we wanted something to just spend the night. Breakfast was good. Not too many options but enough save 20$ for morning coffee. Stayed for 4 nights and no elevator access. The staff were good so no complaints there. The area is convenient as it’s 5-7 mins walk from the subway station.

The Quality Inn near Sunset Park is set in a urban area along 3rd avenue in Brooklyn flanked closely with other businesses in the area so one needs to look closely for the branded green banner. Check in was easy and the room was clean upon arrival. The furniture showed signs of wear with multiple chips from the wood and some cracked marble. The room itself was spacious enough with a queen sized bed and included a refrigerator. Mornings included a free continental breakfast which was a plus, however no lunch or dinner facilities at the hotel or within walking distance. There is a small private grocery shop along a adjacent block. The area can be noisy with a bridge overpass directly across from the hotel. Parking can be challenging in this area.

The Brooklyn Hotel is a hotel.
