I got there after 5pm the parking was not easy to find , but i eventually did. They took 20 min to call me which was great, and immediately the nurse put me in room to do an exam, she performed the exam and said everything looked good inside. She was professional and nice. after a few minutes the doctor came in asked me a few routine questions. He was very pleasant and professional. Sandra Solis showed me what is to give great quality of care from coming to check on me several times, to offering me water or tea, she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She updated me on what was going on like test results, or waiting for the doctor to review my chart. the nurses were very attentive and worked with efficiently. ultra sound technician I forgot her name but she made me feel comfortable during the exam and it was not painful, she explained everything and was gentle while doing the trans vaginal ultrasound. the porters took their time when transporting me to do the exams, they were friendly and professional. the nurses and doctors were all courteous, professional, and amiable They kept as well updated for the most part of my treatment. The nurse who discharged me was very pleasant, professional and she explained to me everything in my discharge papers and who to follow up with. I would definitely go back if I do feel under the weather when my pcp is not available or when I need prompt assistance and care. Thank you all, what ever changes you are doing is working. Keep up the great work. ❤️❤️❤️

I had a severe toothache and ended up going to the ER early in the morning today. They referred me to the emergency dental department on the 2nd floor, where I waited to be seen by a doctor. The pain was so intense I couldn’t stop crying. For the past four months, I’d been trying to get a root canal done, but without success. I had seen two different dentists, and both of them told me they couldn’t proceed because my mouth wouldn’t numb properly, even after multiple injections. The pain had gotten so bad that it spread to my ears. I was desperate. When the Dr. Labelle finally came in, I explained everything—how much pain I was in and how previous dentists couldn’t numb the area. I was pleading for help. My 8-year-old daughter was with me through it all. Dr. Labelle was amazing. She was gentle and compassionate. With just one injection, my mouth finally began to go numb, and she was able to perform the procedure. I’m so grateful—I truly feel like she saved me. The tooth pain was unbearable, but now, 7–8 hours later, I feel no pain at all. It’s completely gone. Thank you so much, Dr. Labelle. I’m incredibly thankful for your care. This was my first visit to this hospital, and I’m beyond impressed. I genuinely love this hospital now. Thank you again!

On 4/27/2025, I arrived at the emergency room at approximately 11:55 PM due to my fiancé experiencing sharp pain in her lower left abdomen and back. We had recently learned she was pregnant, and the severity of her symptoms was concerning. Upon our arrival, the emergency room staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency, quickly escorting us to an examination area. While my fiancé was providing her personal information, protected under HIPAA regulations, security guard George Haslyn interrupted our conversation and repeatedly asked me if I spoke English, despite the fact that we were already conversing in English. I confirmed that I spoke English, after which Mr. Hasley informed me that I would need to leave within 15 minutes due to hospital policy. I expressed my understanding of the policy but explained that my fiancé suffers from anxiety and my departure could exacerbate her distress, particularly given the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy. My fiancé also requested that her doctor accommodate her need for my presence, but Mr. Haslyn dismissed this by stating that the doctor had not communicated any exceptions to him and insisted that I leave. His tone was demanding, rude, and aggressive, which made us feel unsafe. At one point, Mr. Hasley refused to close the curtain to allow my fiancé privacy to change and positioned himself directly in front of her bed. When my fiancé asked for personal space, Mr. Hasley responded dismissively, claiming he was "doing his job" and again ordered us to leave. We felt targeted and discriminated against due to our Hispanic background, as well as harassed and threatened by his demeanor. As a result, my fiancé informed the doctor that she wished to self-discharge because of Mr. Haslyn’s behavior. While the doctor emphasized the importance of completing blood work and a sonogram to address the potential ectopic pregnancy, the situation had already escalated due to the security guard's actions. Mr. Haslyn falsely accused my fiancé of being rude and aggressive, though he had initially disrupted a private conversation involving confidential medical information. His actions violated her HIPAA rights and contributed to a discriminatory and hostile environment. We subsequently filed a report with the security supervisor and attempted to contact patient advocate to address this matter further. Despite making five calls, we have yet to receive a call back.
