My husband and I just rented an apartment in Sonoma through LeFever Mattson, with Dena as our dedicated manager/contact through the whole process. Initially I was turned off by the whole Rently app they use, though self guided tours are always appreciated in my book. Once we got past the viewing and wanted to rent, we started communicating with a real live human, and Dena is a great human and communicator! She was very patient in answering all my questions, prompt at replying, and worked diligently with us to ensure we got the place. She even made us the cutest welcome basket when we arrived at our new place to pick up the keys! This is truly above and beyond and I’m sure none of you long time renters have ever experienced anything like that, as I sure haven’t. Speaking of above and beyond, Dena and her colleague have also been attempting to help me with job placement through their hospitality division. I really can’t say enough nice things about Dena and all the people I’ve connected with at LeFever Mattson!

Waters Edge- Management and the property has gone downhill since Derek left. Management does not respond to maintenance requests or make contact with residents. If/when they do, it is via voicemail, no email follow up even when it is the main point of contact. Other than that the community is great, residents are respectful, kind and quiet. George, does a great job. Landscaping contract should be evaluated as has also gone downhill- however, that is a reflection of management not walking the community to ensure it is being serviced. LeFever Mattson, does not respond back to “Contact Us”, when correspondence is sent.

Great company. Got most of our deposit back after moving out. Always quick response, rented property for 5 years. They give you your privacy and respond to repairs in a timely matter. The staff are very nice normal respectful people. Having a few chats with the office staff and maintenance sounds like they manage thousands of properties. Dont let a few bad reviews effect your choice in going with them. 1- I lost my dad to cancer years ago, I stayed home to help him pass away at home in that time I lost my job and was living out of my car but found a new job. I looked hard for a rental and because I was the first one to apply to the rental I was approved. (Thanks Karen) some property managments will take everyones application fees but this one doesn't do that. They are fair first come first serve as long as you meet the requirements. Also I was pregnant and just lost my mom and the ac broke down. They replaced the unit with a brand new one, no delays or issues. (Thanks Pam) and Zeo and maintenance work hard to keep the property fixes up to date. The bad reviews are disrespectful and somewhat ignorant so I decided to leave a good one for them. Good company* good people* thanks for helping us grow our family in one of your rentals. We now moved and bought our home but would refer them to everyone!
