Cody Joy of the Bob and Ronna Group was awesome to work with! We first met Cody at an open house and we were struck by his candor and helpful advice. He didn't try to sell us the house, but rather, listened--we told him we were starting to look for our first house and were just trying to figure out what we like and how everything works--and offered some wise words on navigating the current market. Based on that experience, we decided to work with Cody, and I'm so glad we did! He walked us through every step of the home buying process, explained lots of new vocabulary to us, and helped us find excellent lenders, inspectors, and flooring folks even after we closed.
