On arrival,as you park your car, a sign says that there are theft in operation in the area.It is nice to be warn but i didn't feel safe and worried about my car during my stay.||We arrived at 3pm and our room Wasn't ready. We were reallocated to another room.||We did not have a good night sleep. Our neighbours where having loud sex on repeat. Rather embarrassing as I was with a child.I understand it is a hotel but perhaps they should invest in better sound proof walls. There was only one large towel in the room eventhough it was booked for two.we had to go and ask at the reception. On our way back to our room in the evening the corridors had a strong smell of cannabis.from the picture taken, both shower head were dirty.the small one had black mold and the big one some orange looking mess.It makes sense why it was the cheapest Premier of all London.we won't be booking again

Started badly when I pulled up outside the hotel to see two guys doing serious drugs. (This was repeated on two other occasions when arriving/leaving.) Wasn’t driving myself but would not have wanted to leave a car there. ||My room (225 - see a previous review) was freezing (window wide open on arrival in January) and I could only get heater/AC to pump out cold air. I’d booked a double and it was a twin. I asked to move and the staff member was helpful and did so. Next room was better and warmer but the heating was still broken (thermostat was smashed/cracked). Toilet bowl stained. Desk lamp didn’t work. ||Went to the former Beefeater for dinner, now only serving hotel guests. There followed the most surreal experience: near nervous breakdowns from staff, lots of waiting from all in restaurant, a ‘rare’ steak which was actually grey cardboard and the chef who collected my plate congratulating me on actually finishing (I was starving.) ||Two stars as the staff were friendly and helpful and doing their best in difficult circumstances. Breakfast was good too, but PI really need to put some work into this one.

Locations was great, as there was lots of places to eat near by. We didn't have any problem with parking so that was a bonus. Rooms were clean and tidy, the whole place could do with alot of TLC. Staff were very attentive, unfortunately there wasn't enough staff. The same staff working front of desk was working the bar, manager clean rooms, restaurant only 1 person literally doing everything. Not sure if I'd stay here again to be honest.

Smaller rooms than other premier inns. Very loud hotel will hear through walls if you have loud neighbours good luck. currently writing this at 4:40 am as due to worken up.by other guests who have been very loud since 4 am Area is a bit rough with some anti social behaviour around
