I’ve been here twice and both visits were excellent. The food was flavourful and beautifully presented. The wait staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to answer our questions. The restaurant also offers great deals, which makes the experience even better. A nice touch—they even changed the sports channel for us when we asked. Overall, a welcoming place with delicious food and thoughtful service.

Visited for my first time with my bf and the hostess wasn't very friendly upon greeting us. The booths weren't very comfy. There weren't very many people eating, just at the bar having drinks. There was another table of 3 having a meal. We waited for over 25 mins for our food. IMO that is too long with no one else eating. However it was worth the wait because it was delicious. They did not skimp on the cheese for sure! Unfortunately though, I don't think we will be back.

We decided to go somewhere different for wings tonight, and chose The Bittmore after Fionn’s said the franchise’s deal didn’t apply to them. We normally go to Frosty John’s, but found out that this place also had a wing night on Mondays. Granted, we almost left after pulling in, because it wasn’t advertised outside. I had been to this plaza numerous times, but had never been to that bar, that I can remember. I’d heard disappointing things about the wings, but know they’ve changed owners since. Six of us ate here tonight, and we were all impressed with the food and the service. Two got pasta dishes that they liked, and three of us got wings. The other got a kids meal he ate all of. The wings and fries were quite good, and pretty plentiful. The $8 pounds were nicely sized, and meaty. All of the sauces were good too. They brought us out testers of one sauce, which was appreciated. It turned out to be too hot for my grandpa. I liked that they played good music, including Deftones, System of a Down, Linkin Park, KISS and more. No rap or country.

Good food and service! Good prices too! I got the jerk chicken tacos and would come back for them so yummy!
