I walked in with a very grown out balayage. I left it to grow for more than a year because the last hair dresser messed up my hair and I just wanted my hair to get healthy again before going through a colour treatment and to be honest, I was scared to be disappointed again. For the first time in a long time, a hair dresser knew exactly what I wanted. A lot of times hair dressers don't know what they're doing and I end up with some brassiness in my hair which becomes an awkward situation when I have to tell them to fix it. Silvia did my hair in one go, even with the different tones I had in my half, she blended it beautifully. She was very gentle, patient and kind through the whole long process of letting my hair lighten up. Nothing felt rushed but I fully felt taken care of. At the end when it came to the haircut, there was no breakage even after all the bleach. That's great. I hope people go and give Silvia a chance to do her magic. Yes hair is a sensitive thing and it can be super tricky, but what else do you want more than the hair dresser genuinely caring about how your hair turns out + knowing what she's doing. I do my hair once or twice a year and I won't hesitate to return because of the service I got.
