Unfortunately there's no option for negative rating. Otherwise I would have given that. I went to this location to buy myself heels and a bag. I entered the store and what i have seen that 3 employees standing at the counter chit chatting with each other. Not paying even a 1% attention to the customers. I find myself heels and went to the cashier counter to ask for my designated size then they came to help me. Sadly, they were not having my size so she just give me the heels which were on display and i took it. On the very next day i went to return my heels bcz those were not at all comfortable. So the lady refused to take it back by saying i wore it which i never. Firstly they charge me 10$ extra (as mentioned on the heels it was 110 and they charged me 120, god knows why). Secondly they put it in the wrong box.( that i get to know when i went to return, lady said its not even the right box. Well !! Thats not my job to look at my box before i leave the store. Thats the employee's job to do their duties appropriately and put it in the right box) Thirdly the manager was so rude. And she was a racist. She has done the braids and was wearing a grey dress). She yelled at me when i ask her for the return or exhange and she was not even listening to me by keeping her pitch really high. She's such a racist and went on my nationality too which is not at all acceptable. When i ask for the store manager she showed me the attitude and said i am the manager. I don't know what kind of customer service it is.(This store has a zero customer service skills which i think the manager or who so ever is handling it has to work on) And this store manager was also there that particular day when i bought it. It was such an awful experience. Never want to visit this store again especially this location.

One of the best Aldo stores I’ve ever been to! There were only two people working—the store manager and an associate—but they were managing everything incredibly well. Despite the store being packed, they made sure every customer was looked after with genuine care. If I remember correctly, the store manager’s name was Manu. Thank you so much for looking after us and helping us find the perfect shoes and bags. Keep up the amazing work! We will be back soon :)
