John JustakWe had the awning factory install aluminum awnings at our business in the last 2 months. The Powder Coating began to flake off within the first month. The Awning Factory refuses to recoat the awnings and states that the flaking is normal. 6 Month UPDATE All awnings have powder coating washing off and exposing bare aluminum. The Awning Factory refuses to recoat. Someone showed up unannounced from Miami stating they were here to PAINT the awning. I attempted to have the awning factory validate the painters visit and I am getting no response. see recent photo.
Scott EmersonZero stars would be more appropriate. Great price but you get what you pay for. The only thing worse than their customer service is their communication, workmanship and professionalism. I purchased 5 awnings for 2 different locations and only 1 of the 5 was made and installed correctly. I have been dealing with the company to rectify the issues for almost 3 months. If you want to fill your time chasing a company down to complete their work to your satisfaction then by all means hire these guys!
Walter SchofieldThey sent out three installers none of which spoke English, Spanish or French. I call for them to finish and their response is "I'll submit a work order" then nobody shows up, so I have to call again and again with the same result. Overall not installed as I wanted and customer services is none existing. If there is a different company that provides the product you want, in your area, I recommend using any company OTHER than The Awning Factory.
margaret gauntlettThis company does GREAT work. The workmanship of the actual awnings is top notch. Martin Welch is amazing! He is conciencious, honest and a real asset to the company. The technicians are also great. The administrative staff leaves much to be desired as they are inefficient at scheduling the technicians and in following up with the customer .
