We have purchased two homes and sold one home in Manhattan, all with Craig Berry; I can confidently say he is fantastic at what he does and a caring person that puts his heart into his work! When buying a home, Craig considered both mine and my wife’s personal needs for the establishment, remembering each of our personal opinions and outlooks when discussing or walking through. Pointing out certain things that may concern/excite the homebuyer to their specific opinions or experience with the upkeep of a home, Craig has made us more happy, informed, and comfortable with the experience than we could imagine.

I would be remiss if I did not leave a positive review for the job that Joel Garver did in selling our home. We now live out of town and Joel was willing to drop everything at a moment's notice and meet contractors and other people at the house. He also performed handyman work for us in order to make the house more presentable. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I have no doubt that we were able to get the best deal possible because of Joel's efforts. I am extremely thankful for his guidance and assistance in selling our home.
