Found a letter taped to our garage and our neighbors garage. Letter from Agent Lori Sha. of this firm. There is an empty lot in our neighborhood with no current access to water. There is a well but no water rights associated with lot. City water is not available. Letter posted on garage filled with incorrect grammar, typos, incorrect capitalization, etc., asks if we have a shared well agreement and wanted someone to call her. No one knocked on our door or anything, just a letter taped to your garage? One of us called her back and informed her there needed to be a water right for someone to use the well. She was asked if she told prospective buyer that and she said it is not her job, buyer has to disclose. She was told that is very unethical and then she hung up the phone. I would never want someone like this to represent me in a real estate transaction. Update following owners reply: I didn't list her whole name on the post to protect her and the owner now knows who the agent was. He was asked if he is ok with her behavior and we await a reply.

Taura Gordon was our agent and she was SIMPLY amazing! We went into this process not even believing we could one day become home owners! Boy was I wrong! She made our experience so smooth and easy!
