I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I had booked an appointment for my birthday and was “no show, no called” by the business. The appointment was made on 9/7/25 and was accepted by Stacy F on 10/2/25. It was later confirmed the week of my appointment 10/8/25 as well as the day before 10/10/25. To my surprise, when I arrived to my appointment at 11am, the door was locked and nobody was there despite the business claiming to be open. The owner didn’t pick the phone till 20mins after my arrival. She did not reschedule or offer compensation. It was deeply disappointing because the appointment was made with such a great notice for a special occasion.

I wish there was a 10 star option! Visiting from Nashville and couldn’t be happier we found this place for our couples massage! Very sweet, professional, and absolutely OUTSTANDING! Thorough and relaxing at the same time! We have had Thai massages in Japan, and this place is just as fabulous and traditional as it gets! Would recommend to everyone, and we will be back the next time we visit! Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect!

This is a great place! The building is spacious and very clean inside. Stacy and Nan greeted us and started the massage right on time. After five days of flying and driving my bones were hurting badly. Nan fixed all the pain in one hour. Once the massage was done I felt better than ever. Highly recommend!
