My wife and I have been getting massages for two decades all over the world. Today we booked a couples massage as we traditionally do on our anniversary. We are visiting Chicago from Seattle so we went by the Google star rating and chose Thai Lotus. (We were headed to Versailles Spa and Bar for the novelty of a massage with a cocktail, but noticed Thai Lotus on Google maps and saw the higher ratings.) We had Bella and Bia as our therapists and they are excellent. We had their signature blend of deep tissue and traditional Thai massage. It was extremely therapeutic and I felt 20 years younger for the rest of the day. So did my wife. My wife has been suffering from a frozen shoulder for months and started the massage with limited mobility with that arm and left the massage with nearly full mobility. Fantastic. (She has done months of physical therapy for this). We are back in Chicago next week and we booked our return visit. I wish we could find a place like this in Seattle!

Nida is awesome, don’t hesitate to book here. My new go to spot. The hot stones were phenomenal. I came here post marathon recovery and left feeling amazing. When they say medium pressure, they mean it! Be ready if you ask for deep! They are authentic Thai.

I’ve been here multiple times, but my favorite masseuse is Nida. I had a lot of tension and knots from lifting and general life stress, which literally melted away after an hour session with her. Personally, I always ask for more pressure at a lot of massage places, but they never really go as hard as I want, but it felt like Nida literally got out knots that I’ve been there for years in my calves and arms. 10/10 would recommend 👌🏽👌🏽

My first experience there which was not quite good on the service from a female therapist. In the beginning she said she would do the medium level of the therapy and massage since the standard level varies from person to person, but when it comes to the part was sensitive I raised my concerns that “Hey this part it’s painful please do a little gentle “ you know what she said “I don’t even use the power yet” Well! When customers speak out the concern you should listen to the customers, not doing what you want to do or feel. That’s is the services are called. Moreover, there was no balance at all between 2 sides, she did the left side more than the other side. Which is not ok. That’s all the parts I would want to complain. If the owner still want the customers return to use your service, this should be resolved. Why I gave 2 stars. It’s a clean and atmosphere is good that’s all. Already talked to a manager hopefully, he will get this fixed for the business in the long run. And I will not use the service again if that therapist is still working there. Probably somewhere else or another therapist.
