I popped into Kelseys hoping for a relaxed dinner, but noticed there weren’t many complimentary substitutions or add-ons on the menu. I ordered the vegetable pasta, only to get a prune-based version by mistake. On the bright side, my server was awesome—she apologized immediately, had the kitchen remake the correct dish, and didn’t charge me a cent extra. The final pasta was hearty and well-seasoned, but I’d love to see a bit more flexibility built into the menu. Solid service recovery, just room to grow on choice and customization.

Popped into Kelsey’s today for the CAA Wings special ! They did not disappoint, from making a reservation the day before to arriving today and being seated and having my order done fully impressed with this location BIG SHOUT OUT to Felicia and Desirae … Thank You so much! Look forward to my next meal here.

Alex has been amazing, I often bring large groups and am so pleased when I see that Alex will be our server. Attentive, fun, polite. Also the back patio is a hidden gem!

I went to Kelsey’s today we ordered a sandwich Ethan came with a side salad, and seafood pasta. The last that took our order was nice but the runner that actually served us our food had her fingers in the salad and the pasta as she was approaching our table. I showed her that her thumbs were in the food, she acknowledged it, laughed and continue to serve us. She barely spoke English, we asked to speak to the lady that took our orders but she was busy so the general manager came. We told him what happened, he gave us 20% off plus a coupon for ten dollars off and said he was going to personally prepare our meal. When we spoke to some of the other staff they stated that it was frustrating training new staff that barely know English, have zero hospitality and need multiple reminders to wash their hands. We will not be going back to this restaurant location. There are plenty of young Canadian students looking for jobs and this is who they choose to hire now? Disappointing.
