The absolute worst shipping company I have ever encountered. My package was apparently "out for delivery" December 23rd but not delivered due to "no access", which is absolute bull, there's always access to my building and I was there all day, there was no attempted delivery. We're now December 30th and they've never attempted delivery again, so my package has just been sitting somewhere in the city for the past week. I send emails and get a somewhat generic response in a very poor English, which makes me question where exactly their offices are located (I'm thinking not in Canada). Unfortunately it seems that Sephora only ships through this sketchy company now so that will be the last time I order from Sephora. They completely deserve their 1.4 star rating on google, avoid at all cost

The absolute WORST delivery company. My item has been in my city for 11days, and they supposedly tried to deliver it 2 times, then I send them an email asking them to leave a notice, since without any delivery time updates I cannot loose a whole day waiting for them. They say they don`t have a pick up facility and will try a third delivery. I check the status every morning to see when they are going to attempt the delivery until today I see it was out or delivery at 8am. I STAYED HOME. 30min later, they update their status saying delivery failed. Lies. Delivery was not attempted. I gave them my phone number, just in case, and still nothing. I call them to check the status notification that says "returned to sender" and the incompetent employee tells me that they tried to deliver it 3 times, and one time was not even today (despite what I can see in the tracking info). So I request her to send me all these status notifications she can see to my email, and she cannot do that. But she assures me its ok because the conversation is being recorded, so I ask her to send me the recording with her readinh the notifications. She cannot do that. So basically calling them is useless, as they cannot actually solve any problem, just read mismatching info. I have contacted the store to solve the problem, but I will never ever buy anything in any store if the courier is TForce. You should get finned for promising services and not actually doing you job. All the reviews on Google prove that, and even on Indeed your employees say that they don't do any work. Shame on you.

Worst company ever. They apparently « attempted » a delivery to my building twice (and I was home all day those days and never got any notification) and each time, they come up with the reason « building not accessible ». In my 10 years in my condo, I’ve never had this situation with any shipping company. The delivery instructions are very simple and clearly stated, if you are not a complete moron. Tried calling: nobody answers Tried emailing: nobody responds

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any delivery company. They say they "tried to deliver" my package on Friday, even though I was home the entire time and they obviously did not. I contacted the company, they told me to "provide instructions" for the delivery... Which I do. Today, they say the delivery is expected and, all of a sudden, they say the package is "damaged" (how convenient!). And obviously, they don't contact me about that.
