I had a very disappointing dining experience at Texas Steakhouse. The food was bland and lacked any real flavor. I felt it was a waste of money and not at all what I expected. The ambiance was not welcoming, and the service left much to be desired. Instead of feeling like a valued guest, I felt more like an inconvenience. I ordered a medium filet mignon that was overcooked. My husband’s NY strip had no seasoning. My daughter’s burger was not made as requested with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, and pickles. When we brought this to the waiter’s attention, he mentioned there would be an extra charge, which was fine, but he never returned with the items. The drinks were the only highlight. They were strong and well-made. However, I ordered a second drink that never came, yet it still appeared on my bill. Overall, this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I left feeling unsatisfied and unappreciated as a customer.

I got there around 4pm on a Friday no wait sat at the bar had a couple of drinks and and excellent casual meal that was satisfying and calm. For dessert i had a brownie with ice cream. Highly recommended!

A steakhouse that can’t get my steak to order is flawed. I asked for medium well. This is definitely rare and they didn’t even seal the outside right. The grill is off. Literally. The server asked if I wanted them to cook it up more but I don’t make it a habit to allow my food to leave the table once it’s arrived. It’s an insecurity. Why he brought it to me to begin with is beyond me. This steak is clearly under cooked and he works at a steak house. You’d think he’d know what a steak temp looks like by now if he had awareness. I’m don’t eating out. If only people cared about others half as much as they are concerned with their problems we’d be better off. I wish I had nicer words. I don’t. When you advertise a to specialize in something you’d better be better at it than a novice. This steak should not have reached my table. It’s currently 3:42pm. It’s not busy. This is just a House that serves Steak.
