Smooth process start to finish. Konnelly was very helpful in getting me all the information about the safe I wanted, and worked with me to meet my installation deadline. Caleb did a great job with white glove delivery, which was super quick and ahead of schedule. It’s really great that they have all of their products listed online with specs, if you can’t make it out to the showroom.

Horrible company with terrible customer service from the top to the bottom, guys please don't buy anything from them. Once they get your money, its very hard to find them. The owner of the company does not really care about the customers and never keeps his promise. We have been waiting for our very standard size safe for over 18 weeks now. They put it on their contract 7 to 9 weeks the most for waiting time. last week they contacted us and arranged the delivery for 10am on Saturday 08.24.2024. we postponed few of our appointment to be home and no-one showed up. we tried to contact them and no-one answered the phone and they basically ignoring people. they are very disrespectful. they are the worst company we have ever had to deal with.
