Texas RoofCrafters was referred to us by a friend. Being in the residential remodeling industry we know how hard it is to find a good contractor for anything home related. My husband felt as though our shingles were failing and he wanted a roofer to give us a second opinion. Jimmy came out and looked around and took samples to send to GAF for warranty purposes. After months of waiting GAF finally replied acknowledging their shingles did in fact fail and that they would be providing us with a check to replace the roof at mostly their expense. Jimmy was very easy going during all of this waiting and dropped off multiple samples of shingle colors so we could decide on the right choice. The day came for install (3-17-25) and Jimmy and his crew showed up about 6:30am to start prepping and to get the job started. By 9:15am materials were delivered. By 11am the 16 person crew was ready to install the new shingles. The 86 squares were installed by 4pm. Trash was collected and the crews were gone by 6:30pm. The 16 person crew, Jarrad (Project Mgr) and Jimmy were very polite, respectful of property and timelines, informative and they left the job site very clean. Magnets were used to gather nails and catch-all's were used to protect bushes against the house. Pool was covered. Pipes and jacks were checked and changed out as needed. The bosses: Jimmy and/or Jarrad were onsite ALL DAY LONG! We chose to have Timberline HDZ shingles in Weatheredwood. I would not hesitate to refer Texas Roofcrafters to anyone needing a roof replacement or repair. Check out the drone photos they provided!

We reached out to Texas RoofCrafters after our two year old home had its fourth roof leak and the problem wasn’t being resolved by our builder. They were able to quickly identify the plastic roof vents that had been installed were cracked and causing the problems. We opted to have all of the vents changed to metal to prevent the issue from happening again. Texas RoofCrafters color matched our existing shingles for the repair, and worked fast to get us fixed up before the storms rolled in that day. The communication, workmanship, and customer service was great; we will definitely use them again for our roofing needs.
