Julia DubcakI will start by saying overall I am very satisfied with the end result of my flooring, it looks beautiful. The installers were kind and hardworking, they completed the job in less than 2.5 days for around 1000sf. Upon completion, I noticed there was quite a bit of damage to my existing baseboards. I reached out to Billy to ask if there was anything that could be done to remedy this as I was not aware there would be such significant damage. He then attempted to gaslight me into believing that he had verbally disclosed in our estimate walk though that there would be damage caused to my existing baseboards, which is not at all what I recall. You can see this our text exchange in the photos attached to this review. Ultimately we settled with him offering a small amount off of my remaining balance which I do appreciate.
