I just wanted to share my experience on today. I’m so very grateful for Texas Choice Dental. I had a dental emergency and they were able to take me today (same day). I had been in excruciating pain for the past week or so, so I’m grateful they were able to take me. With me being pregnant I was a little nervous but everyone was so nice and handled me with so much care! It’s like a family environment. That I really appreciated! The place was so clean too and that’s always a plus! They were very upfront about cost and services and that was appreciated too. So if you’re looking for a dental office I would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Kim and staff are so polite, gentle and make you feel comfortable. The dental office is very clean. I’m so happy with my visit that our family will also be transferring to her care. It’s a 2 hour drive both ways but so worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and staff. 5 stars 🌟 Thank y’all!!

My 5 year old daughter had her first check up and cleaning today at this location. I had my 1st exam with treatment plan as well from my first visit here. From the front desk, to the dental assistants and the actual dentist, I must say exemplary customer service. The dentist is thorough and explains things. They all are so patient. My daughter felt very welcome and relaxed with the environment as it is very kid friendly and the staff was so great with her. She also received a treat from the treasure box as she was leaving. Wonderful experience. Looking forward to future visits and healthy teeth and gums and brighter smiles.

I scheduled an appointment for my wife and me at Texas Choice Dental, and the entire experience was nothing short of infuriating. Two days before our appointment, they called to inform me that my wife would need to pay $50 upfront for X-rays, claiming that “insurance doesn’t cover it.” They even suggested I call my insurance company to verify, which made it clear they were hoping I wouldn’t bother. I decided to call their bluff and contacted my insurance company. Unsurprisingly, my insurance confirmed that I have 100% coverage for X-rays up to $2,000. Texas Choice Dental lied. What’s worse is that my insurance explained it’s technically legal for providers to charge upfront for services, even if insurance covers them. This loophole allows businesses like this one to exploit patients, forcing them to pay out of pocket while hiding behind the excuse of “insurance issues.” Let me be very clear: this isn’t a misunderstanding—this is intentional. Texas Choice Dental is preying on people’s lack of familiarity with insurance policies to squeeze extra money out of them. They are not just dishonest; they are cowardly and predatory, hiding behind a broken system to take advantage of patients. If you value honesty and respect, stay far away from this place. This kind of evil business practice should not be tolerated.
