I just moved from Fort Lauderdale to Houston and I was recommended to Texas Auto Trim from my dealer Rick Case Honda, I am amazed by the work they did on my 2025 Honda Pilot seats, It was beyond expectation. Jose was amazing from beginning to end. I highly recommend them. I am very happy and pleased. Thank you for the amazing job!

Texas Auto Trim did an absolutely immaculate job on my 2020 Audi S5. They completed a stunning blackout package with orange accents and were extremely responsive to all of my questions. I loved their work so much I even went there to replace my tires for new Michelin Pilot Sport 4s. I recommend this shop to you just like I recommend it to all of my family and friends.

Don’t waste your time money. It took over a week, paid $2300 for a convertible top replacement. Now, it’s shitty looking because the interior lining wasn’t secured. Extremely disappointing. It was communicated I lived out of state. Find a more reputable shop and do business with honest people. Update 11/5/2024 I called before I left this message. As I shared with the owner, I was driving in from Louisiana to get the top replaced. Before I did, the only thing that was wrong was the rear window would leak. I got the top replaced not really understanding but assumed, I would have a new top and all would be well for $2300. The lining you are referring to had no issues and was secure before. You did not upsell me on a line or inform me that one would be needed for a new convertible top. Had I known this is a requirement, I would have purchased it. You are the expert. I paid for a service, not a burden I would have to handle myself. Disappointed in my experience, your service, and the outcome. So, no I will not be driving back to Texas to be over charged for something that should have been addressed initially.

Overall not a great experience. Had my brand new truck for almost a week both times I had to go (initial appointment then their fix). They had to redo the entire tent job. Bubbles/specs throughout all the windows with extremely poor trimming on the rear glass. They scheduled me to come back in and replace the tint then they didn’t have the material after I dropped off the truck so I waited 7 days to get my truck back (4/20/23 - 4/26/23). Still bubbles in the new tint on several windows. They also did a full front ppf and they had to replace one of the headlight ppf since it was peeling off. PPF is coming up on the headlight and both fog lights. Have a hair under the ppf by the emblem. Spray in bedliner (which is outsourced) turned out good. Didn’t know this until I asked them why my truck was driven 40miles at the shop. Ceramic coating works nicely. They said they would include the ceramic coating on the windows which they did not do. They did when I had to return the truck to fix the tint the 2nd time. B Pillars are a swirled mess which they said they would fix but never did. They were also nice enough to put a door ding in my truck the 2nd time (which I didn’t notice at pickup). Didn’t want to deal with their service and 1.5 hr drive so just cut my losses with them.
