2016 Jeep Patriot: I called Tevin this morning and we scheduled a time around 3pm for him to come and take a look at my car as to why it was making this loud shaking noise. He was very cordial and responsive to my questions. Well unfortunately my car died in the parking lot where I was waiting for my mother during her physical therapy. So I texted Tevin and he came out there instead. It ended up being my alternator. While he was there I brought up another concern I had with the car stuttering and having low gas mileage, he recommended a tune up with all new spark plugs/coils and such. He had the extra time so I asked if he could do that as well. Another thing I really appreciate is that the auto shop gave him the wrong spark plugs, he knew immediately something was wrong and he went back to get the correct ones. My car is running like new. Also, my ABS lights were on and he told me to take my car to the dealership as that is on recall. For him to even know that from the top of his head is amazing to me If my VIN isn't apart of the recall, I will be calling him to fix it. I am so happy with his service, price and communication. Tevin is definitely very skilled in what he does. Definitely recommend his service.
