Required the lower overhead garage door panel replaced/repaired. Contacted Alex and described the problem. He told me he would be there within an hour and he was. Where I expected he would take measurements to replace the lower panel, he was able to repair the door to be fully functionally with only a small crease on the inside lower panel. All less than 1 hour. We talked about replacing the o/h door belt drive mechanism with a side mount motor. He gave a quoted price and estimated time for the new install and we agreed. Next morning at 11 he was there doing the job. He moved the door side rails for a better fit, adjusted the torsion bar rod for correct side motor fit, along with a couple on new rollers and of course the new motor and controls. All was completed within the quoted time frame as well as a complete run thru on the ins/outs of this new system. Alex is a professional in his attitude to work and customer satisfaction. I have NO reservations on recommending him!
