Sam and his team completed two major projects for us. He finished out a pole barn Into a beautiful barndominium and renovated our home. It’s hard to know where to start because we think so highly of Sam and his team. First off, Sam’s knowledge is extensive and he has a very comprehensive level of understanding of all things construction related. I was always impressed with his breadth of knowledge, attention to detail, high quality standards, and, above all, his priority for the safety of my home. Sam is organized and extremely communicative. He is always clear about schedules, daily progress, quotes and any changes in pricing or the scope of the project, if that even comes up. He will always explain all of the options to you. One of my favorite things about Sam is that he is always open to the ideas of his clients and will help you understand how those ideas can be achieved or why they may or may not be the right choice and will present alternative ideas to help you achieve what you want to do with your own space. I always felt like Sam had my family’s best interest at heart with all his decision-making and treated the renovation of my home like he would treat his own. I couldn’t recommend Tennessee Residential Construction enough! Sam and his team will always be our go to choice for all of our construction needs as long as he’s in business.

Sam did a complete remodel in my home from flooring, making a bathroom bigger even doing tile work and building an open linen closet space, full kitchen remodel, added a storage closet, recessed lighting, new front and back door and new trim throughout the entire house. Sam does amazing work and explains everything in detail. He even cleans up daily leaving no mess. Sam is very friendly, professional and is a perfectionist on his work and wants his customers happy before moving onto other projects. Sam, Jason and the crew at Tennessee Residential have been beyond amazing! They created a beautiful fireplace from an inspiration picture that is now the focal point of our living room. The professionalism and detail in the craftsmanship was beyond expectation. Communication was great and response to questions was immediate.
