I stopped in for a couple of hours at the mineral spa to enjoy some rejuvenation time, and it was such a refreshing experience. The visit was very affordable, and both of the young women working were friendly, helpful, and professional. I noticed a dish of towels they were folding and soaking in ice, and later learned they had added a touch of essential oil to help with muscle relaxation and inflammation. One of the attendants mentioned that the same essential oil was available in the gift shop. Since I was already familiar with the product, I picked some up—along with a few other lovely items. I was also delighted to find that the spa carries colour therapy products created by someone I know. I had actually been searching for them recently, so discovering them there felt like such a wonderful surprise! I’ve visited mineral spas all over the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the cleanest and most enjoyable I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Be careful booking here. Make sure you know exactly what room you are getting, and in what part of the hotel. They advertise that the rooms are newly renovated; but not all are. As we found out. Our room was tired, dated, and in need of a major renewal. The “ bathroom” was smaller than a closet and had a shower the size of a telephone booth. Really. At least the sink and counter, outside the closet bathroom, was updated and serviceable. The beds were comfortable with good bedding. The best part of our stay, and highly recommended, was the cozy bar, The Gathering, off the main restaurant, where we had a a few appetizers and a drink. The server was excellent. |I believe Temple Gardens could be a great destination, due to its spa and mineral pools, but some rooms really need an update, and new furniture. For the cost of this room I have stayed in more beautiful, modern rooms.

I have been to Temple Gardens in the past 2019. I have just stayed there for four days. I would like to list the pros and cons of my stay. Pros; the mineral pool is wonderful, the location is great, the staff are friendly and the helpful. Cons; the room was not very clean. There was hair in the sink and in the bathtub. There was a sticky spill left on the desk in the room. I bought $17 of groceries and put them in the mini fridge. In the morning I woke up and everything was frozen solid. It included watermelon, a tub of cream cheese, a bag of lettuce, etc. They really need to update the rooms on the casino side of the resort.

We booked a room to stop here on our way through Saskatchewan and we’re incredibly happy with the service we received. specifically, with the lady at the front desk named Noreen. We had booked a family suite with a mini spa hot tub in the centre of the room. However, the hot tub plumbing was not working at the time when we arrived so she gave us a brand new room, family suite that was actually more renovated and nicer than the one that we had booked as an apology for not being able to give us a room with a mineral spa in it . this was more than satisfactory as the room was more money and we did not get charged any extra for it as well as for parking and some other items. The amenities at the hotel were fantastic as well and the town itself was great. We really enjoyed hanging out in the mineral spas in the morning at the end of the day before they open to the public we would recommend staying here to anybody on their way through. I would just recommend picking one of their updated rooms versus one of their older rooms.
