I needed some longer bolts to make a bracket work. Met Joe at the paint counter & boy did he do a great job! 5/5 for his customer service! Found me the bolts I needed & bagged them up with the code then & off to the till I went! I was in excruciating pain & dreading have to go in! Joe made it a quick trip in & out! Good job Joe!

Several bad experiences but this one took the cake. Xmas Eve kitchen faucet explodes. Rush to HH and get a replacement. That replacement has a hole in the hose so quickly take back and get another one as they are closing. Well that one doesn’t fit the space and took it back today and was told because I installed I can’t return. If there was a hole in the line I could return. Someone mar that make sense.

I had a heavy box to return by Puralator. Liam came to our rescue. He carried it in and took it to the desk. Made sure it was accepted. Good to go! Pleasant young man to chat with. He is what I always get at Home Hardware!!! Friendly, helpful staff!
