I asked for a repair on my back glass on a new IPhone 16... they assured me it would be authentic when it wasn't and the sides of my phone were scratched and camera lens fell off. I now have permanent damage to the back of my phone and they even asked me to play another $110 dollars to fix it after I had already payed $150. Surprised they wouldn't fix it for free after they blamed their mistakes on me "mishandling" my phone when there was no damage except for the lens. It was the glue and poor repair that caused my phone to break. Not very trustworthy/reliable... if you break the back of your phone just go to Apple to avoid the mistake I made.
