Ray was super helpful on the phone first, then in person my Galaxy 22+plus cell glass was broken. He showed me the part and my repair was complete in less than an hour. Rapid, super fast. I been going here for a while now when I have phone issues and always got 5 star service but unfortunately today the guy that was working is getting a 1star for the company and hopefully a determination . Long story short my phone went black and couldn’t turn back on so I came in there told the guy what was wrong. He looked at and said it was wet. And I’ve told him I know but that’s not the problem. Can he at least check it and see. His response was we check them for free and ion have time right now! I got better things to do. I will think twice about going next time Ps took my phone else where and they got it turned on

I spent 140$ to fix my phone they fix after a week but the problem is they lost my sim card and also they didn't put w screen protector on my phone like i paid y'all for I came back to the store cause the bby crack my screen a little u try to explain to the dude he like i can't do anything about u have to come. Back tomorrow when my boss is here I'm like really i don't get a screen protector or a warranty on it smh
