I would not recommend this company to any small business owner looking for SEO services. I was a client of theirs for nearly 12 months and I can say over the 12 months it went from bad to worse. There was a long list of issues I had while working with them. Firstly from the time I signed with them they started charging their fees, yet it was nearly 1 month before an account manager was assigned. They didn't have any credentials from me, so there is no way they were working on my account from the onset. Over the course of the year we saw barely any improvements in our SEO. They also had no problem taking the last payment when we cancelled even though they had wasted so many leads on us throughout the year. We had multiple issues with the tracking number they were using on our site which lead to thousands of dollars wasted in google ads spending. They also only gave us access to our call tracking 10 months into working together. There were delays with content writing that went on for weeks. The communication was at times slow and I would be waiting for days for a response. I would question too the amount of actual work that was put into our site on a monthly basis. It was supposed to be 17 hours a month, and from our audit that we performed after leaving them, this was questionable. In the weeks since we have left them, we have already seen a huge improvement in our site. Just beware, they promise a lot in the beginning, but in my case those promises or goals were not met, and a year of time and money in my opinion was wasted.
