I had a great experience with Dr. Piotr Solowiej at Team Sapiens. I've had chronic back and neck pain for years. I have been to other PT offices in the past but did not experience any significant improvement. Team Sapiens proved to be in a different league. Piotr is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He devised an exercise, movement, and stretch routine for me, which he supervised and tweaked over the course of my therapy. I have experienced a very significant decrease in the pain level and also a much improved range of motion and overall fitness and strength. I am confident that by following the program he prescribed for me I will be able to keep and improve my results into the future. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my therapy. I highly recommend Piotr and Team Sapiens to anyone struggling with cervical and lumbar spine issues!

I was referred to Team Sapiens for PT to help relieve my back pain. I’ve had several surgeries and have pain again. My pain doctor referred me here, saying that the therapists are excellent and they spend the entire appointment time with you without handing you off to an assistant. My experience was so helpful! Peter targeted my problem with specific exercises which have relieved most of the pain and which give me strategies for relief when I need it. I can’t recommend this team enough!!

Piotr did physical therapy with my mom in her home both before and after hip replacement surgery. My mom was fairly resistant to the whole process, and Piotr was great with her: encouraging her when he saw she could push herself, reassuring her when she needed to take a break or was feeling discouraged. He described and explained the exercises very clearly and set appropriate expectations that allowed her to feel successful. I feel very fortunate that Piotr was the physical therapist assigned to my mom. He is obviously very knowledgeable, as well as compassionate and encouraging.
