Team Iowa came highly recommended to me by my care provider. I didn't know what to expect when I walked in the doors to start rehabbing my shoulder and neck. Everyone was so friendly, and Kayli was absolutely phenomenal to work with! We worked together for 2 months, and I always felt my concerns were both heard and addressed. Team Iowa Physical Therapy Rocks!! Words cannot express how grateful I am. The experience I had with Team Iowa after having a total knee replacement went over and beyond my expectations. The staff is amazing. Very professional, fun and energetic. The therapists are all very knowledgeable and highly skilled. The front desk team is always cheerful and happy to see you. A special shout out to Rachel T. She is kind, good-hearted, easy to talk to and fun. We connected greatly together. Rachel is great at explaining the exercises and showing the proper way to do them. If I struggled with any of them, she would show me a modified version. She challenged me when I needed to be challenged. She made PT fun. Thanks for making my physical therapy the best part of my day. 10 stars to you Rachel!! Team Iowa, keep doing what you do…you are all AMAZING!!

I came to Team Iowa at the beginning of marathon training, at the recommendation of a friend. I had a hamstring strain that I wanted to address early on, and I'm so thankful I ended up in the hands of the Team Iowa PTs. They were very knowledgeable, very supportive and met me where I needed them to throughout the training, tailoring the sessions around my heavy or light run days. As I starting hitting high mile weeks, I was running with less and less pain, and I credit them for getting me through this training cycle and across the finish line on race day!
