So happy I found Demo Patrol, I needed a Mobile home demolished and removed from a MHP in Pioneer, CA. These guys were great: fast, clear communication, professional crew that works efficiently. Licensed & insured. Great customer service. Site access was a bit challenging, but didn't seem to slow them down much if at all. They left the lot very clean and ready for the next home. Will use them again.

Spencer from Demo Patrol was wonderful to work with. I told him I needed my pool removed or demolished and he got it done in a matter of two weeks. He got the permit in two days then got the pool demolished in another two days. He also offered the best price out of three other local demo companies. I was hesitant to call them being a Northern California based company assuming some place local may be faster or cheaper. They got my job done fast and well. Spencer kept me updated along the process and was very friendly. Highly recommend this company! I am very satisfied with the communication, speed and price!
