I bought Texmo 1 h p jet motor pump from Balaji Electricals, Adambakkam, Chennai on 09.01.2026. VERY POOR guidance and service. To my great shock the motor did not work on installation. I frantically tried 10-12 times to reach them. A mechanic was sent who indulged in blame game saying the plumber I had hired was not good. It will be better if a company authorised plumber is sent for installation. BALAJI ELECTRICALS IS ONLY BRINGING GREAT DISREPUTE TO A LONG ESTABLISHED, REPUTED MOTOR PUMP MANUFACTURER LIKE TEXMO. PL EXERCISE CAUTION.
