they were too difficult to get ahold of, claimed they were trying to get ahold of me, but I never received any phone calls. I left countless voicemails for just about every few days , I sent emails, I "updated my address and contact details" several times and to no prevail. basically they took my info took my medical records and asked me questions that made me have to relive the trauma over and over and over again for nothing. wasted months of my precious time knowing this was time sensitive. I feel like I was made a laughing stock, I feel disrespected, disregarded, not taken seriously at all, and this has me very depressed and started my stress and anxiety triggered seizures and flash backs and ptsd attacks. I've never done anything like this before and because of them theyve left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
