After weeks of searching, we came across a property we really liked. An dishonest realtor could have easily convinced us to finalize the deal, especially in today’s market downturn. But instead, he encouraged us to walk away after the inspection revealed it wasn’t suitable for our needs. Very disappointed with the experience I had dealing with Reza. Communication was extremely poor, he consistently ignored calls and messages without any explanation. In real estate, responsiveness and basic professionalism are critical, especially when clients are making important decisions under time pressure. Unfortunately, Reza failed to show even the minimum level of courtesy expected from someone in this field. I would not recommend working with someone who doesn’t value your time or make any effort to stay in touch during such an important process.
