I had a great experience working with Carly Hunt. I probably got on her nerves at times (lol) but She was very friendly and responsive. She was able to help me through the whole process, from the application to finally moving in along with any questions I had. Too bad she's not my property manager. I would recommend anyone looking to go through T&H to request to work with her. Thanks for all your help Carly!!! Also, Karl the maintenance man was very friendly and took care of what I needed done with no issuee.

We are living abroad and had a second rate property management company that was awful, financially draining and non-responsive to our needs. This is our 6th year in our home with TH prior years renewal had been simple. This year our son had to complete a "roommate" application. I understand the need for it however he turned 18 three years ago, why weren't we asked then to complete this application? The application eas a bit confusing as it was asking questions as if he hadn't lived in the home the entire time. I will say Tim was great and timely in his responses and that was very helpful.
