The staff was friendly and professional, and Kalee was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. My skin feels and looks amazing!

I feel the need to leave a review because I believe it’s important to support local businesses that also appreciate and value the people who support them. I’m not saying people shouldn’t go here, but I do want to share my personal experience in case it helps others make informed decisions. I was a loyal client at Tailored Aesthetics Medical Spa for over five years, consistently participating in their skin coaching program and purchasing products. I truly believed in what they were doing and supported the business wholeheartedly. I even referred numerous friends, family members, and anyone who complimented my skin—I always gave them full credit and recognition. Over the years, I had heard from others who had negative experiences at this business, but I never personally encountered anything like that myself. In fact, my experience had been so positive that they were part of what inspired me to pursue a career in aesthetics in the first place. Recently, I had to cancel my membership because my current workplace began carrying the same skincare line, which made it financially irresponsible to continue paying retail prices elsewhere. I communicated this respectfully and professionally, with nothing but appreciation for the care I had received. Unfortunately, after giving notice, I was blocked from all of their social media accounts without any explanation. That response felt unnecessarily cold and unprofessional given my years of loyalty and transparency. I’m not sharing this out of bitterness, but because I believe loyal clients deserve to be treated with respect—even when they move on. I hope this helps others make informed choices and feel confident asking the right questions. At the end of the day, find the provider and space that makes you feel happy, valued, and comfortable — because that’s what truly matters.
