I feel the need to leave a review because I believe it’s important to support local businesses that also appreciate and value the people who support them. I’m not saying people shouldn’t go here, but I do want to share my personal experience in case it helps others make informed decisions. I was a loyal client at Tailored Aesthetics Medical Spa for over five years, consistently participating in their skin coaching program and purchasing products. I truly believed in what they were doing and supported the business wholeheartedly. I even referred numerous friends, family members, and anyone who complimented my skin—I always gave them full credit and recognition. Over the years, I had heard from others who had negative experiences at this business, but I never personally encountered anything like that myself. In fact, my experience had been so positive that they were part of what inspired me to pursue a career in aesthetics in the first place. Recently, I had to cancel my membership because my current workplace began carrying the same skincare line, which made it financially irresponsible to continue paying retail prices elsewhere. I communicated this respectfully and professionally, with nothing but appreciation for the care I had received. Unfortunately, after giving notice, I was blocked from all of their social media accounts without any explanation. That response felt unnecessarily cold and unprofessional given my years of loyalty and transparency. I’m not sharing this out of bitterness, but because I believe loyal clients deserve to be treated with respect—even when they move on. I hope this helps others make informed choices and feel confident asking the right questions. At the end of the day, find the provider and space that makes you feel happy, valued, and comfortable — because that’s what truly matters.

Prepare yourselves for the cliché opener: ”I rarely write reviews” but it’s very true in my case! To say that Tailored Aesthetics is deserving of my time for a review is an understatement! I am severely neurodivergent. Having said that, sometimes communicating is difficult for me. I am also hyper aware of my unique personality, which can lend to a very anxious feeling when I am around people, especially in a setting where I need to talk to discuss my needs. Kacie is one of the very first professionals I have encountered that always gets me! She is an incredible listener on a level that is imperative to decode the insane amount of details scattered up into 1 million words that I throw at her at every appointment! She is compassionate and patient. As far as her work goes, I truly believe she is as skilled as they come but what truly sets her apart is what an incredible communicator she is and how much she truly cares for all of her patients. Equally she has created an environment staffed with incredible humans and feels! I have stopped going to places in the past when I feel overwhelmed, and the thing that can make me feel incredibly overwhelmed is feeling pressured to purchase things. They offer so many incredible products at Taylor aesthetics! They are readily available to answer any questions, but they never ever push. That is absolutely worth its weight in gold for me! I know if I need something they will be right there to help me, but I never feel guilty or pressured to buy from them not ever! I believe this to be a rarity these days. I have been a patient for over 3 years and am eternally grateful for all Kacie has done for me and for all the kindness and grace she and Cody always show me. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
