I contacted the company regarding a problem with a solar panel I ordered. It was delivered before Christmas, and I didn’t have the opportunity to install it at that time. The package was tightly sealed, so I only opened it after New Year’s, when I discovered that the panel was damaged. I sent an email asking for help and attached photos. I received no response, so I sent a second email. Mr Christo.. replied, claiming that the courier had checked the package during delivery, which is simply not true. I have CCTV footage from my camper showing the courier throwing the package over the gate. After sending the email, I managed to speak to the courier in person, and he clearly stated that they are not required to check the contents of parcels. This proves that the information given by customer service was false. Customer service in this shop is a complete failure — lies, no responsibility, and zero willingness to help. To this day, I have not received any reply after informing them that I have video evidence. They clearly do not care about the customer or the problem at all.

It was a short visit and I needed some advice. I thought what better place to go about a plumbing job than a plumbing company. It literally took about five minutes but, the staff member was helpful in recommending a product not even off the shelf at the place I was visiting but somewhere else. He told me the name of it and where to get it from. I could have even bought something from there but he suggested to try this first. A sign of a good company and trustworthy staff. Great service.

Big shout out to City Plumbing in Bitterne Park! I visited recently and was assisted by a super friendly and knowledgeable young man (name started with 'D' – sorry, I've forgotten it :'( ). He was brilliant at guiding me to the exact parts required for my plumbing project and even helped me with my reverse osmosis system. Highly recommend!
