Fahim ShahanCame across to this website somehow and saw a mini z 4x4 jeep on a good price and purchased it immediately. But once I received the package first thing I saw tires were bit compressed. So anytime I try to drive the car it struggle to move or doesn't roll at all. Even the car don't go to reverse. I emailed them about my issue provided with pictures and video. All they're saying that since I opened it, they can't take it back. It falls under defective product so I should contact directly kyosho. I just don't understand why would you sell me a product that is defective and if I didn't open the box how am I even supposed to inspect whether it's good or bad. What kind of nonsense return policy is that. What a joke how these people are even in the business handling situation like this. I'm just disgusted
Victor VillalobosI originally left a bad review because I though I wasn't getting my full refund, but after looking over it, I did indeed receive a full refund for a sale they had. HRP did the right thing and I left a bad review in error and I apologize. I am currently enjoying my Dementor XP from Hobby & Recreation Products and have purchased a couple of parts that I have broken from the crazy speed this truck is capable of. The shipping was free and very fast. Because I'm not in the state they do business in, I was not liable for tax at the time of purchase which is another benefit. All in all Hobby & Recreation Products have been good to me and it was a lapse in judgment on my part for having criticizing them the way that I did. I do recommend them and if you happen to purchase the truck I purchased, you will thoroughly enjoy it just as I am now.

Tony ClipzIt’s the first bday I will be able to spend with my son so I wanted to get him something he’d like and wants. On Friday March 8th I called HRP to verify they had a ready to go kit in stock I found on their website before placing my order. They verified they had more than 10 in stock so I went ahead and ordered it and also ordered an extra set of wheels. Today is Wednesday March 13th and when I received the box it wasn’t even big enough for their catalog to fit properly. I opened the box, not only is it only 2 wheels (website didn’t say it was only 2 pieces) but I didn’t even receive the kit with the car, just the 2 wheels. I called and since it was about to be time to close and they said they’d call me tomorrow. It’s very easy for them to say we will figure it out tomorrow because as of right now they have my hard earned money in their wallets and they don’t have to worry about not having their kids bday present ready. Didn’t like the way it was brushed off so easily. Update: I received a call from HRP and ended up getting the RC delivered on Monday March 18th. My son is happy with his present and that’s what matters. Now waiting to see if I receive what the woman told me they would send for the inconvenience. HRP is taking care of me. Will continue to do business with them.
