Jamie is a fantastic practitioner with endless knowledge about all things related to sports injuries, proper body mechanics and of course the best forms of recovery and healing. His engaging personality makes each session very efficient, informative and stress free. The staff were all friendly and the office was state of the art and very clean. While I am still on the road to recovery, I can tell that I will be well looked after and back to full strength in short order thanks to Jamie’s expertise and professionalism. Great job!

Two weeks after an accident on my electric bike, I had no ability to walk more than short distances as my injured leg had no stamina and little range of motion. I was also on a time line as I needed to get full range of motion before curling season started in a few weeks. During that first visit, Marc Chivilo assessed the injury and much to my relief informed me the thigh was badly bruised but there was no nerve damage. Mark knew exactly how much much exercise the leg would tolerate and incrementally increased the intensity of the exercises weekly. Each visit he assessed the improvement, massaged the muscle and elevated the exercises. Five weeks later, I no longer see Marc but my exercise regimen will continue while I regain that tiny bit of motion still outstanding. Marc was a consummate professional, personable and made the entire experience a pleasure. Thank you, Marc!
